Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms apply to the Skyfold game for Android and iOS, its online leaderboard and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by Verxion (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing Skyfold you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Skyfold on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or use it to build a competing product.
2. Guest accounts and the leaderboard
- The game creates an anonymous guest account for the leaderboard. There is no login: your progress is stored on your device, so if you uninstall the app or lose your phone, it cannot be recovered.
- Leaderboard names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or impersonate anyone, including us. The game filters common bad words, and we may change or remove any name that breaks these rules.
- Results are checked automatically, including by replaying your throws in the game’s physics. We may remove results, or remove a player from the leaderboard, if we reasonably believe they were obtained by cheating, modifying the app, automation or exploiting bugs.
- The leaderboard ranks total stars of all time. There are no prizes.
3. Things you must not do
- Cheat, or send results or other data to our servers in any way other than by playing the game.
- Attack, overload, scrape or try to break into our servers or other players’ accounts.
- Reverse engineer or modify the app to gain an advantage, except where the law allows it.
- Use the Service in a way that breaks the law or harms other players.
4. Ads
The free game shows ads from Google AdMob between levels, never in the middle of a level. You can also choose to watch an ad for a Hint or the Full path of your next throw. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products they advertise.
5. Purchases and coins
- Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes the ads shown between levels. The optional Hint and Full path ads stay available.
- Premium plane skins (and the Skin Pack with all of them) are one-time, non-consumable purchases. Skins are cosmetic only: they never change how a plane flies.
- Coins are earned by playing and can only be spent on coin skins in the game. They have no money value, can’t be bought, sold or transferred, and live on your device.
- Purchases are made and paid through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store according to its refund policy.
- Purchases belong to your store account. On a new device, use Settings → Restore purchases. Deleting your game data does not remove them.
- The price is shown in the store before you buy and may differ by country.
6. Our content
The game, its code, artwork, sounds, music and names are owned by Verxion or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond the licence in section 1.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the game, change or remove features, or reset or close the leaderboard at any time. The Service may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance. The game itself works offline.
8. Ending your use
You can stop playing at any time and delete your data from Settings → Delete my data (see Delete your data). We may suspend or remove a leaderboard account that breaks these terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that your progress will never be lost.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Verxion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
11. App stores
If you got the game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard licence (EULA) also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the game. The same applies to Google for the Google Play version. These stores are third-party beneficiaries of these terms only to the extent their rules require.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page; if you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
